Aayta is a brand of Sitasiya Rao Heritage Pvt Ltd. This notice explains, plainly, what we collect when you request your Bulava or write to us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you request your Bulava on bulava.aayta.com, we ask for your name, your city, the number you WhatsApp from and the kind of occasion a handloom usually finds you for. If you choose to be written to instead, we ask for your email. When you message Aayta on WhatsApp, your WhatsApp number and your message reach us the way any WhatsApp message does.

Why we collect it

To respond to your Bulava request, to give you early access to new collections before their wider release and — where you have agreed on WhatsApp — to send you occasional relevant collection updates. We also keep the history of our conversations with you so that we can speak with you like a person, not a database.

What we never do

Your details are never sold and never shared for anyone else’s marketing. WhatsApp permission and email permission are kept separate: choosing one does not opt you into the other.

Stepping away

You can withdraw your WhatsApp permission at any time by replying STOP — or simply telling us to stop, in any words. We will not send further collection updates unless you invite us again. To have your details removed entirely, write to roshni@aayta.com.

How long we keep it

Only as long as reasonably required for the purposes above. Trusted service providers (such as our website, form and messaging providers) may process this information solely to provide the service.
